Our Shipping Policy
$10 flat shipping on all orders up to $99.99! FREE SHIPPING for all orders $100 and above.
SewISaid is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. For all products shipped by us, the customer will receive the tracking information.
$20 flat rate shipping on all orders!
We like to keep international shipping simple at SewISaid. You can choose from three flat rates, depending on your order size:
Orders up to $100—Ship for $25 flat
Orders from $100-$200—Ship for $35 flat
Orders $200 or more—Ship for $40! BEST VALUE
Rates are calculated based on order size before the cost of shipping is applied. For example, if Jane from Australia makes an order for $195, an additional $35 flat shipping rate will be added on during checkout, making her total order cost $230.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Occasionally, our international customers have had to pay extra fees for customs, duties and taxes. These extra fees vary widely from country to country. Since we have no control over potential extra charges levied by destination countries, we highly recommend that you research the policies specific to your country. Also, when customs clearance procedures are necessary, delays can be caused that will increase the time it takes to arrive.
8.25% Sales Tax will be collected at the time of sale for all Texas Residents.
Custom Orders are not refundable.
Stock products with any customization are not refundable.
Regarding any special sale or clearance products, all sales are final.
If you purchase any of our in-stock products, they may be returned for a website credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition. Website Credit will be issued in the form of a Checkout Coupon that you can redeem during our Checkout Process. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. All returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number.
Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just email customer service and you’ll get a return label to send it back. An identical (when available) replacement item will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost. Sometimes, especially with fabric, an item may no longer be available, in which case we will do our best to replace it with a similar item.
